Primary elections in Montana determine which candidates will represent their parties in the general election. Voters can participate at polling locations from early morning until evening and must present valid identification when voting in person. Absentee ballots must be hand-delivered if not mailed ahead of deadlines.
Usher currently represents Senate District 19 and has previously highlighted his legislative experience as part of his campaign messaging.
