On March 21st the Quality Improvement Committee completed annual education about quality in healthcare and the improvement process. The committee learned how to use the “PDSA Cycle” by working in teams to assemble Potato Heads. The “Plan, Do, Study, Act” Process is the continuous method for improving areas within our committee and organization. The teams worked to assemble the potatoes as quickly, efficiently, and accurately as possible. The winning team was able to assemble a family of three potatoes in 1min, 1 sec.
