On Friday, March 13, Shelbi LaBrie, a former Whitewater High School standout, and her current Montana State Billings Yellowjackets lost 63-36 to the Central Washington Wildcats in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The contest, played at Nicholson Arena at 6 p.m., marked the Yellowjackets’ first appearance against Central Washington in the tournament.
