Fall is officially here! Come exhale the stress from this week and get re-centered and recharged for the upcoming week! This is a foundational yoga class, but all levels are welcome! Please bring a mat if you have one… or you can borrow one if you don't. Our Yoga practice, with Cami Williams, will be followed with a sip and sample of holistic products to consider for your health goal achievements. We ask that you please RSVP due to limited space.
