As the COVID-19 crisis develops minute by minute, we have over the last week had to adapt to a new reality in the way we work and live. A week ago, few of us were truly aware that events would evolve so quickly, and it is becoming increasing clear that the next period in our fight against the virus, is going to be very challenging to businesses of all sizes in sectors.
However, as we adapt to the new reality on our daily routines, we are working with Gillian Docherty, the CEO of The Data Lab to host a FREE Zoom webinar. Gillian joins you, to reflect on how The Data Lab has approached the crisis. Gillian will share the experiences that the business has faced over the last couple of weeks, and the approach they are taking to minimise disruption to the services that they offer, while also ensuring staff and client safety.
During this interactive webinar, Gillian, a long term advocate for flexible working, will also share some hints and tips on working effectively from home, and steps that businesses might consider to support their staff as they adjust to the new norms.
Finally Gillian, will also discuss the importance of communication, and the critical importance of over-communicating with your clients and staff during this emergency.
