The Montana Facility Finance Authority Emergency Loan Program is available to businesses. This program is designed to help businesses have access to emergency funds at fair rates for certain projects.
The list of projects includes facility acquisition, the purchase of equipment, construction and renovation refinancing of qualified outstanding debt, operations expenses, and financing costs, according to the chamber.
The Montana Facility Finance Authority, Emergency Forbearance Program is another resource that is available. Its scope is limited to current direct and trust fund loan clients of the Authority. The Montana Department of Commerce, MicroBusiness Finance Program provides capital to expand or start a business, provide technical assistance or training, and also post-loan or pre-loan training to help a small business succeed.
