Of the 242 people living in Medicine Lake in 2019, 51.2 percent (124) were women and 48.8 percent (118) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northeast Montana News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 71-to-64. In the 65 and over age range, there were 33 females and 27 males.
