Help protect yourself and other Montanans by staying home if you are sick. For flu-like illnesses, CDC recommends that you stay home until after your symptoms improve (at least 4-5 days after flu symptoms start), or for at least 24 hours after your fever is gone. A fever is 100 degrees Fahrenheit or 37.8 degrees Celsius.
